What is Deep Tissue Laser Therapy?

Deep Tissue Laser Therapy uses focused light energy to reach deeper tissues and stimulate the body’s natural healing processes. It can help reduce pain and inflammation, improve circulation, decrease muscle tension, and support tissue repair without medications, injections, or invasive procedures.

The treatment itself is comfortable and relaxing. Most people simply feel a gentle, soothing warmth over the treatment area.

What can it help?

Deep Tissue Laser Therapy can be beneficial for many common musculoskeletal conditions, including both new and persistent:

  • Neck and back pain
  • Arthritis and joint pain
  • Shoulder pain and rotator cuff conditions
  • Tennis and golfer’s elbow
  • Tendinitis and tendinopathy
  • Plantar fasciitis
  • Achilles tendon pain
  • Knee and hip pain
  • Muscle strains and ligament sprains

How quickly can I expect results?

Some people report an improvement in pain after their very first treatment. However, laser therapy works best as a series, and results are typically optimized with a treatment plan based on your specific condition and how your body responds. For many conditions, a typical course may include approximately 6–10 treatments over a few weeks.

One of the things we love most about this technology is that it gives us another option for addressing pain and promoting recovery that is non-invasive, drug-free, and comfortable.

Whether you’re a current patient, someone we've worked with in the past, or you’ve been considering coming to P.E.A.K., this may be a great opportunity to address that nagging injury, painful joint, or persistent area that just hasn’t been feeling quite right.

If you’re wondering whether Deep Tissue Laser Therapy could be appropriate for you click the button below and tell us what’s bothering you. We’d be happy to help determine whether laser therapy may be a good fit.

We are so excited to bring this technology to P.E.A.K. and to offer another way to help you decrease pain, accelerate recovery, and get back to doing the things you love.
